Can I return a part?

Yes, as long as it’s within 30 days of receiving your order, is a returnable part, is unused in its original packaging with intact label, the original invoice and in resalable condition.

Note: The following items are non-returnable, except in cases of manufacturing defects or shipping damage 

  • Electrical Parts
  • Performance Parts
  • Special Order Parts
  • Obsolete and Discontinued Parts
  • Soft Goods such as Decals, Seat and other Covers
  • Interior Trim and Panels
  • Items that have been used or installed
  • Items that are marked non-returnable on the item page
  • Items without the original packaging
  • Items with a damaged Ford label

Note: We reserve the right to refuse and return any parts that we find to have been installed or used

Return label bar codes and info must be fully scannable/readable, or your item cannot be returned. See examples below. 

How do I return or exchange an item if I ordered the wrong part or don’t need it?

If your item is returnable, contact us for a return authorization number within 30 days of receipt. Once received, ship the part(s) back to us in the original, undamaged, package along with a copy of the invoice. You are responsible for the return shipping. We recommend buying insurance as we are not responsible for items lost or damaged in transit.

Once we receive and verify the condition of your part(s), we will send the new part or issue your refund, less shipping and 25% restocking fee.

Can I cancel my order after it’s been placed?

Yes, as long as it is a returnable part – see criteria at top of page. An order, or a portion of an order, may be cancelled up until the time it is shipped and is no longer in our possession. Please contact us immediately if you want to cancel. 

Is there a cancellation fee?

Returnable parts are subject to a 25% cancellation fee. Only returnable parts may be cancelled. 

What if you sent me the wrong part?

If we made a mistake and sent you the wrong part, contact us and we’ll start the process of getting you the correct part. The wrong part must be returned to us within 30 days and we will provide a return label.

**If you did not provide a VIN number, we are not responsible for incorrect fitment/parts.**

What happens if I refuse the shipment?   

Do not refuse shipment. If the item is returnable, please contact us for a return authorization. Refusing a shipment on a non-returnable item will result in a 25% restocking fee.

If the item is not returnable, no credit will be issued. Payment will be required to ship the item back to you after refusal. Non-returnable parts will be disposed of after 7 days if no payment received.

What if the part is defective or damaged?

If parts are defective, please contact us within 15 days of receipt to inquire about a parts warranty refund.

How long will it take process my return and receive my refund?

Please allow 2-4 weeks for processing.

What if someone else purchased the part for me and I want to return or exchange it?

You can return or exchange the part as long as the person gives you the original invoice and it meets the above criteria.

What is a core return/core charge?

On some parts, we’re discounting the selling price on the assumption that you’re going to send us your old part. This old part is called a “core.” The core charge is something we add to the sale price of your part, then refund as soon as we get your old part. So, a $100 part with a $50 core charge will be sold to you for $150. When you send us the old core, we’ll refund you the $50 core charge. 

Most cores can be returned to any local dealership or auto parts store. If you would like to return the core to us, please place your part back in the original unmarked packaging with the Ford part label intact and no writing on the packaging. The label must be scannable and in good condition as per the images above.

Please include the original copy of the invoice when you ship it back. Customer is responsible for return shipping fees. Please purchase insurance as we are not responsible for Lost or Damaged packages.
