The AMS Snail works Engineering Team designed the AMS Performance 2017-2020 Ford Raptor 3.5L EcoBoost Street Downpipes to be a direct bolt-in install without hacking up your prized possession. This AMS Engineers utilized SOLIDWORKS© CAD software to blueprint the entire unit with smooth features and geometry to optimize exhaust flow. The design of the new AMS Performance 2017-2020 Ford Raptor 3.5L EcoBoost Street Downpipes positions it to be the best performing, highest quality, and easiest to install unit on the market.

The engineers have even gone the extra mile and designed the inlet flanges to bottom out on the OEM studs and have chamfered the downpipe mounting flanges to evenly distribute clamping force, resulting in a perfect seal. Extra attention was given to enlarging the factory connection to the turbo outlets and the AMS Downpipes were able to achieve a 24.7% increase in cross sectional area at the inlet, the largest on the market.
